The old-age make-up greatly distracted me.

@ NeverTooEarlyMP - While I thought they were both good, I'm not sure they deserved Oscar nominations. Hammer did nothing wrong, and Leo gives one of his best performances - but there were plenty better, I think. Also, they got no help from the make-up team.

@ Sam - Yeah, to a tee. Checked our review. It's a tedious, and unsatisfying film.Andy Bucklehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15655573933693289124noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2890338907751315894.post-30480164828606699302012-01-30T07:16:18.837+11:002012-01-30T07:16:18.837+11:00Glad we're in agreement here my man.Glad we're in agreement here my man.Sam Fragosohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09974858608988634583noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2890338907751315894.post-5818373610842141222012-01-30T05:03:44.618+11:002012-01-30T05:03:44.618+11:00I really liked this film, particularly the closete...I really liked this film, particularly the closeted relationship between Hoover and Tolson, which I also found quite moving.
