Still one I enjoy and could see myself revising, but probably only as part of a Ghibli marathon. It's interesting, that there were rumors that Miyazaki was considering to direct a sequel to this film. Not sure what it would look like. We'll see if it ever makes the light of day.Jameshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00999103091301885129noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2890338907751315894.post-2436407610178106212012-04-28T09:50:34.783+10:002012-04-28T09:50:34.783+10:00This was one of the last of Miyazaki's films I...This was one of the last of Miyazaki's films I saw when I was catching up on his back catelogue. I still like it well enough, but it would be at or near the bottom of a ranked list of his films for me.Chip Laryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00787403805554027107noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2890338907751315894.post-47058363672816169502012-04-23T16:27:44.831+10:002012-04-23T16:27:44.831+10:00Pretty much sums it up, really! I think one of my favourite sequences from this film is the one which has Rosso recounting what happened to him to Fio when his squadron was wiped out. That was the most memorable for me.
